Child Welfare Report & Safeguarder Appointments

Child Welfare Reports are a commonplace feature of Child Welfare Hearings in Scotland's sheriff courts.

Reports are produced by solicitors on the instruction of the court. Both our solicitors are regularly appointed by the court to investigate the arrangements for the care and upbringing of children in child contact and residence cases and report recommendations to the court.

Our solicitors are also appointed by the court as Safeguarders or Curators to children to protect and safeguard the interests of children.

Both our solicitors are PVG checked to work with children.
